As an Integrative Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor, I use an integrative approach. This means I use the three main forces in psychology. Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamics.

I draw from a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, and psychodynamic techniques, creative counselling and mindfulness to support your individual needs. I adapt my counselling skills, combining theories, interventions and techniques to suit your needs.
