Face to face counselling is the traditional way for therapy. My counselling room is where we can work together in person within a comfortable, confidential space. The office is within Fairkytes Art Centre.

I offer a therapeutic space which is friendly, comfortable and purposeful. A space for you to explore, understand and process your thoughts, feelings and experiences, in the safe space.

This enables us to be able to sit across from each other, and I can be physically with you as you explore whatever is going on for you. Within the room we have the option to use different creative interventions within the counselling room.

“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.”

Creative counselling

Creative counselling interventions can include writing, drawing, painting, moulding with play do and generally creating. You do not need to be an artist to be able to use creative counselling interventions. It gives you different ways to express yourself when words alone are not enough…

I have different types of things for us to use to help support you in your counselling journey. Including Paints, pens, stones and many other things to try.

Their are different ranges of therapeutic cards in the office to help you to explore your emotions and situations. These can at times help to bring clarity on things such as family, relationship or friendship issues.
