Types of sessions I can offer you can include the following ways for your counselling and supervision. These includes face to face, online via Zoom, telephone and walk and talk.

I offer you the option to be able to choose how you would like your therapy. This can also include a hybrid version of a blend of face to face and online or telephone to suit your needs. As life can be changeable and so can your needs. Offering you the flexibility to create a therapy for you and your needs.

Anyway I work with you, it will always be a confidential, safe space for you to be able to talk and express yourself, within your therapeutic hour of 50 minutes.

Face to Face

Counselling sessions are based within my comfortable office within Fairkytes Art Centre. Where we can work in a comfortable confidential space. For us to be able to sit across from each other for you to be able to explore what is going on for you. With the room to use different creative interventions within the counselling room.

Telephone Counselling

Talking on the telephone can be from the comfort of your own home or while at work. Telephone counselling may be more suitable for you as long as you are in a safe confidential place. I always work within a confidential therapeutic space.

Online Counselling

Online counselling is carried out via secure and encrypted web platform. To work online, we will agree to meet via an end-to-end encrypted video conferencing application, usually on zoom. Just like telephone counselling you’ll need a private safe space to have your counselling session.  Through online counselling I am able to share and show information and interventions through the online platform.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Working outside in the nearby Langtons Gardens. This at times is weather dependant but my office is near by. Some people have felt more comfortable and can find it easier to start discussing their problems when strolling along rather than sitting within a room.  

I offer you a free 30 minute telephone consultation for counselling and supervision, so we can get to know each other and to explore your needs, so we can create a therapeutic plan that suits your needs.
