Online Counselling across the UK giving you access to flexible, confidential support from the comfort of your own home or workspace with online and telephone counselling.

I offer professional online and telephone therapy in Hornchurch, Essex, as well as across the UK, alongside face-to-face sessions. This allows you to choose the type of counselling that feels right for you. Your counselling will always be held in a confidential safe space for you to be able to talk and express yourself, within your therapeutic hour of 50 minutes.

Therapy can be at a time, place and pace that suits you.  Through having online counselling or telephone, you have the option of having a counsellor who is out of your area.

Flexible Counselling to Suit You

I am trained in both online and telephone counselling, giving you the flexibility to choose the approach that best suits your needs and comfort level.

All sessions are held in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space, allowing you to talk openly and express yourself freely during your 50-minute therapeutic session.

Through online counselling I am able to share and show information. Including interventions through the online platform through screen sharing. We can work creatively online. You may need to bring paper and pens for your session for your side of the screen.

Sessions are conducted using encrypted platform called Zoom, ensuring a high level of privacy and confidentiality. Online counselling can help for us to be able to see each other from wherever you want to work from. This can be from the comfort of your home or from your workspace. The online counselling is through secure and encrypted web platforms, working from computer, tablet or phone.

Online therapy also allows for:

  • Screen sharing of helpful resources
  • Creative therapeutic techniques
  • A more interactive counselling experience

You may wish to have paper and a pen available during sessions for exercises or reflections.

Creating a Safe Space

For online counselling, I recommend using a private, quiet, and safe space where you feel comfortable to talk openly. This helps you to feel safer for you to explore any difficult issues.

I work from a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space. To be able to create a safe space for you to be able to talk and to express yourself. I am the only person who will be able to hear you.

To protect your privacy, I also encourage:

  • Using a password-protected device
  • Accessing sessions via a private email address
  • Keeping your software and security settings up to date

How Online Counselling Works

We will arrange a regular time to meet using Zoom as it is a secure, end-to-end encrypted video platform. You will receive an email invitation we start sessions together.

All you need is:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A private space
  • A device such as a phone, tablet, or computer

This allows you to access counselling in a way that fits around your lifestyle.

Technical Issues

If there are any technical difficulties during an online session, such as internet issues, we can continue the session via telephone to ensure support is uninterrupted.
