Therapies offered
My beliefs are that there isn’t just one therapeutic approach that can help in all situations. Taking into account you as an individual, your circumstances, and use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems. I adapt my counselling skills, combining theories and techniques to suit your needs.
You live a lot of your life inside your head, so try and work on making it a nice place to be.
